Equipment Distributors, Inc., retails used compact lines of construction equipment, specializing in skid-steer loaders (better known as a Bobcat), mini excavator's with related attachments new and used. We purchase used equipment either from private party owner, off-lease or repossessions, clients prior to trade-in, or from the authorized dealers themselves after the trade-in process.

Equipment Distributors, Inc., is a privately held Maryland subchapter S corporation owned entirely by its founder Bill Karidias. Mr. Karidias is an individual with twenty successful years of experience in the area of compact construction equipment, focusing on high customer satisfaction and relationships. A proven leader with an awareness of the need for greater productivity and profitability. A thinking team player that understands the importance of effective communication and the need to pursue excellence. He has achieved high honors from respected brand names of construction equipment such as Bobcat, Ditch Witch, Gehl, LeRoi, New Holland, Toyota, Kubota, Kent, and Paladin Brands, which include McMillen, Bradco, The Major, FFC, Sweepster, and Harley. In 1995 he received the honor of being recognized as the number one equipment specialist for Gehl skid-steer loaders and LeRoi portable air compressors in North America. He also led in gross volume sales for McLean Equipment Sales a division of McLean Rentals, Inc., that same year. While under contract for Bobcat of Baltimore, LLC., he again managed to lead in gross volume sales for the company and was listed within the top 5% of salesman for the Bobcat Company nationwide.
